Approval with SimpliMatch is fast and hassle-free. Most applicants receive a decision within 24 to 48 hours after submitting their complete application and required documents. We work quickly so you can move forward with your lease without delays.
SimpliMatch charges a one-time origination fee of $299. The annual premium is equal to one month’s rent, based on the lease you’re applying for. We also offer optional services—including credit monitoring, credit boosting, and ID theft protection—ranging from $49 to $79 per month, depending on the plan you choose. All pricing is transparent, with no hidden fees.
If a tenant misses rent payments and either moves out or is evicted, the landlord can file a claim directly with SimpliMatch. Depending on the lease terms, SimpliMatch will cover up to three or six months of unpaid rent to protect the landlord from financial loss. Our goal is to support both tenants and property owners by minimizing disruption and maintaining trust throughout the lease process.
