Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the SimpliMatch platform and services. By using our website, applying for a co-signer, or listing a property, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About SimpliMatch
SimpliMatch provides a rental application and co-signing service designed to help tenants qualify for leases and to assist property managers with secure, verified tenants. SimpliMatch is not a lender, insurer, or property manager.
2. Eligibility
To use SimpliMatch, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. Property managers must represent a valid rental unit or management entity.
3. Tenant Services
Tenants may apply for a co-signer through SimpliMatch for a flat fee of $69. Approval is subject to income verification and landlord requirements. SimpliMatch is not responsible for landlord rejections based on criteria outside our scope (e.g., criminal record, past evictions, etc.).
4. Property Manager Services
Property managers who list or screen tenants through SimpliMatch receive access to verified applicants and rent guarantee support. SimpliMatch does not charge property managers for participation.
5. No Refund Policy
All payments made for SimpliMatch tenant application services are non-refundable. Once an application is submitted and processing has begun, the $69 service fee is considered earned and will not be returned — regardless of approval outcome or landlord decision.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Submit false or misleading information
- Attempt to bypass SimpliMatch processes or security
- Misuse personal data or confidential information of others
Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or legal action.
7. Limitation of Liability
SimpliMatch does not guarantee that every tenant will be approved by every landlord, or that every rental will be completed. We are not responsible for decisions made by third parties (landlords, employers, credit bureaus, etc.).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SimpliMatch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in [Your County/State].
7. Payments and Stripe
Payments & Billing
By submitting payment for services on SimpliMatch, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method via Stripe.
You agree that:
- SimpliMatch uses Stripe as its exclusive payment processor.
- Stripe securely handles all credit card transactions.
- All fees are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.
- You are responsible for providing accurate billing information.

SimpliMatch is not responsible for payment processing errors, delays, or account issues directly related to Stripe’s platform.
9. Changes to These Terms
SimpliMatch may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our platform means you accept any updates.
